Does anyone have any knowledge of where I can get Banjo-Kazooie spritesheets?
(Bear with bird in bookbag fighting witch...and yes, it does sound absurd.)
And this may be in the wrong section, but do you know how to develop a Banjo-Kazooie type sprite definition with SGDK2.

http://sdb.drshnaps.com/index.htm
This is the Sprite Database. It does not contain Banjo-Kazooie sprites, but you may be able to request it, and it also contains a large number of sprite sheets for use.
-
Would you happen to know where a nice database of tilesets for level designs would be?
-
i would use google. just type in sprite-sheets or tilesets, there are many sites for this around.

The same website does have some of this as well in the "Backgrounds" section.

Do you know where to find tilesets that aren't offsetted for Game Maker, so they can be used for SGDK2
-
NO.
google knows (http://images.google.de/images?q=tileset) it (http://images.google.de/images?q=sprite+sheet).
-
If you want the results pages in English:
http://images.google.com/images?q=tileset
http://images.google.com/images?q=sprite+sheet
(don't worry about it too much. It's mostly just pictures anyway)

yeah i've played it. I'd like to make my version a bit more complex though. Hopefully I'll be able to make a lot of characters if I have the time.

Thanks! Instead of getting BK sprites though- I got Naruto.
(Expect Naruto Shippuuden No Degenkai for the SGDK2)
