Has anybody else run across CreateSpace.com (http://createspace.com/)?  You can design, publish and sell books on Amazon.com with very little cost.  I'm thinking it might be cool to write an SGDK2 book or something.... maybe a manual or a book of tutorials.

They publish CDs, DVDs and Books.  But I think they only publish movies on DVDs and sound on CDs.  I haven't really looked into it for anything other than books yet.

Oh alright. I would help you make the book for SGDK2, but I'm still learning SGDK2 myself. So I probally wouldn't be of too much help.
