Title: transparency
Post by: silvereagle201 on 2009-07-31, 05:07:30 PM
In the version 6 tile editor, I could create, say , smoke and copy it. Then i could use the Paste+ and transparency functions to paste it to a series of tiles ( like a genie ) to gradually reveal the genie  behind it, for an animation. I cannot see how this can be done in the version 7 tile editor. Can it be done?

Version 6?  Version 7?  These aren't SGDK versions.  If you copy graphics in the graphics editor, they are automatically pasted with translucency according the the copied graphic's alpha setting on the color you used to draw the image (when you paste).
