Scrolling Game Development Kit 2.2.7 is now available via ClickOnce deployment at http://sgdk2.enigmadream.com/clickonce/ (http://sgdk2.enigmadream.com/clickonce/). ClickOnce Deployment doesn't work so well with Chrome. Internet Explorer is recommended. There's not much new in 2.2.7, just an upgrade to .NET 4.5 in order to provide proper ClickOnce deployment support.

What made you switch to ClickOnce deployment, might I ask?

I've installed everything, no problem. I'm just curious about the benefits of ClickOnce.

It's just another option for anyone who may prefer to have an installer and an built-in upgrade check ability. It also lets you install components of SGDK2 individually. For example, you can download the IDE, but not the help files or library. SGDK2 is still available in the same form it was before too.
