The Scrolling Game Development Kit has been verified to function under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, and to some extent, Windows XP 64-bit.

System Requirements vary widely from game to game.  Some can require as little as a 486, while some will run slowly on a Pentium 3 processor, if you've got enough sprites, collisions, layers, etc.  So it really depends.

Hard Drive Space: Somewhere around 6 MB for the program, plus any space for each game
