Title: this problem is all over the net, & now i have it.... HELP!

when i'm working in word, i get a "visual C++ (label) abnormal program termination..."something,something... "WINWORD.exe  "
then, the program closes, with no save...
whoever made this virus is probably REALLT happy...
i looked all over the net & plenty of people have had this problem,too, yet no answers...
