The following comment has been transcribed from comments on the "Dark Elf: Orb of Annihilation" project.
Meh... another overrated Guild hall game. *sigh*
Please get a more professional reviewer!! Ben Marty is a terrible reviewer.
My responses to that:
- While I don't doubt that there are better reviewers out there, none of them have volunteered to review projects for me.
- I think it's hypocritical to ask for a better reviewer when you can't even rate the games consistently yourself: you tell us that your real rating for a game is 7 out of 10 here, yet every rating you give in the listing is 1 out of 10... and you keep voting multiple times for the same projects, continuing to abuse the voting system right after we had a big discussion on how the rating system was being abused.
-
What the heck are you talking about!? From what you said, I'm guessing you think that person is me? Why the heck would I write that? I would state why I disliked it, even though I actually liked this game. Please don't assume so much, it's kind of offensive that you would say this... person is me. You know what? I'll go put my own review for it in the listing. Please, quit assuming, big cheese!

Nowhere in that post do I see you mentioned, hebedaymun, except when he says that your rating is 7 out of 10, which could be referring to a different person (though unlikely). Since you are the only person who has been antagonizing the official ratings recently who has put his name on his work, BlueMonk may have just been mistaken.

Well, Mr. Durnurd, that is exactly what I meant; that little portion of him referring to my rating, I can infer that he was speaking to me. If not, then I apologize. Jeez, it feels like your out to get me now! heh, I'm just kiddin' with ya, Durnurd.
Look, read his other thread in the project forum (something about 'Chameleonman Discussion'). there he blatantly ASSUMES it's me by putting my name on each quote, which is clearly a mistake that I would like for him to fix, and that's why I kind of figured he thought this little twit was me, too.. What's that sound? OH! The school bell just rang, better get to it, Durnurd! Heh heh heh.
*walks out chuckling*

You must be hearing things. There's no bell denoting when classes are over anywhere on campus. But actually, I'm done with class for today. Just got back from my Phil 3242 (Values & Technology) exam. Unfortunately, I kinda forgot what Kant and Hume were all about, so that question may be a little low on the points.

Heh heh heh, man. Look at when that was posted. Besides, I was sorta making fun of you, but it was meant to be playful. Well, anyway, what the heck are you studying to be in college? I got out with a degree in art. I went to Full Sail: Real World Education down in Orlando, Florida. I had to complete four years of college packed into 21 months! It's non-stop, so you should be thankful that you're 'done' with college for the day, I know I would have liked that.

I'm studying to be a computer science major. Haven't decided on my minor yet. Probably theatre or film. In my spare time I do like to make movies. And help people make SGDK games. I never got around to making my own, unfortunately. No creativity in that department.
-
Heh, yeah, it does take some creativity to make games. I'm doing some art for games. Nothing professional yet, but I'm getting there. Good to hear you're majoring in that. I wanted to do that, but frankly, math just isn't my cup o' tea.

Really? That's what I'm changing to next semester. More "up my alley" than architecture...
Though I'm still trying to figure out what all is going on, I'm chalking this whole thing up to miscommunication. As far as I can tell, Hebedaymun stated his opinion, made a word-choice that was interprted as an attack on Bluemonkmn, one thing led to another, and so on.
And though I may be a little late, welcome to the forums. :)

Yeah, there's a bunch of confusion goin' on or whatever. I don't really understand your post...sorry if I sound rude, but were you replying to Durnurd, or myself?
Well, anyway, thanks for the welcome, kid.
