Too large or too long to upload, probably the latter as I have a slow connection.

It's a very small file.  Not even 5% of the maximum upload size.  The server must just not be configured to allow uploads any more or uploads of this type or something.

 I know, but my connection is slow so, it may have taken too long... ah well.

Have you tried using save target as?
