Do you still have that game? I like playing new games with the sgdk. It keeps me entertained when I'm bored. :)

Ya, if you connect me with a good Tony speeder screenshot, or demo, I'll see....

You can download the game for free, with all it's current features. go to www.revolucionstudios.webs.com
click on tab games, then choose Tony~'The One, The Only'
You don't have to pay to get most of the games features.
PS~I'll keep you notified of any important updates.
How do I get Placid?
See the Tony the Speeder posts for more info.

I'll try to "FTP" it to bluemonkmn now that I have DSL :)
-
Do I still have an FTP site hosted somewhere? I think most large submissions now are going to the SGDK2 support site. (Not that I have a lot of large submissions coming in... maybe 1 this year. But most of 1 is 1.)

To be quite candid, my game is actually not that big (well, on a CD-R) - but how would I go about putting it on the website? ???

You can get a box.net account and then get a site from freewebs or piczo.
-
box.net has a max filesize of 10mb. (So you would have to use split .rar archives or get another host if it's above that)
I would recommend 110mb for websites.

this explains a lot about my long uploads!
anyway, how big is the file?

you need no account for rapidshare or megaupload.com

If you want it in the GameDev project listing, you can submit it to the SGDK2 support site (even though it's a 1.x game) and then I'll have it so I can review and post it. Otherwise, of course, you're free to post it by various means suggested by others, if any of those work for you.
