I've just been shown a good file hosting site for those of you who are having issues uploading large files that are too big for box.net and don't know how to use ftp.
It will keep your files forever, unless they're over 5 gigabytes, then they are deleted after a few days.

It's an invite only system, so here's an invite code to use on registration - "LIFEHACKER20" (without "quotes")
That invite code is only valid until 10th November, so make sure to sign up before then if you plan on using this service.
