Title: New Board

I've added this new board to discuss SGDK2-related topics so that we don't have to crowd the existing SGDK2 threads with all the various ideas and questions people have about SGDK2.  I will continue to post progress information and (pre-)release information on my threads in the News and announcements forum, and if you have something relevant to those topics, feel free to post there.  If you want to discuss other SGDK2-related topics and ideas, you can post here.  I just noticed that people were reluctant to "interrupt" my SGDK2 threads, so it seemed to make sense to create a place for more general SGDK2 discussion.
