hi. does anybody know how to change the picture that appears next to your name into an uploaded picture

I think I turned off the ability to upload arbitrary pictures so people who want to use custom pictures have to pass them through me... though I don't know if I remember how to upload a picture now.

how do you get a picture at the bottom of your posts.

right below the field where you type your post text, is a line that reads: additional options
click that and you can choose a picture from your computer. they are automatically uploaded when you post the post

Profile>Forum Profile Information and in the signature field add for example.
