Hm, the audio from that track is the same one in the Summoner video game where they had a video spoofing role playing.  The video used 3D characters (from the game I think?).  This one that you linked is a little funnier because it has actual scenes depicting the situation in the game they are imagining.  It's funny when the blue falls off the elf's eye when he decided he wanted gray eyes .

this is a video where someone made a super mario world, and the moving mario makes sounds perfectly matching with a background song - strange mix of music and 8bit-pop.
