Is this a game you are running with a script attached? Or do you have a "gamedev.vbs" script in the same directory? In either case, there is a problem with the script. If not, then the problem lies in your map or sprites. Without knowing more, it's hard to tell what's wrong. Was it working before, and you changed something to break it, or was it never working at all?
