SGDK2 Project Licensing Considerations
« on: 2007-09-27, 06:05:47 AM »
I have posted a new news article on the SGDK2 projects site.  Any questions or comments on my plans for licensing of SGDK2 projects?  Does this seem like a good idea?

Sounds good to me.
So if you post it on download.com or something like that, you just include the SGDK2 project file with it?

Either that, or just make it clear that the project is released under the terms of the GPL, and clear how one can get the SGDK2 file if they want it (maybe you post the executable on download.com and the SGDK2 file on the SGDK2 project listing, and provide a link to the SGDK2 listing in the copy posted on download.com).
