It was happening to me when chrome was in beta, haven't tried it since... might try it again to see if it still happens.

hey! it turns out that google has an option that can change the theme. its under advanced options. im using pencil sketch

Hey, regarding google and security, you can now use google dashboard to have a good look at everything google's got on you.

...or at least that's what it's supposed to be for. I'm just starting to dabble myself.
