Just a few updates for this version, but a couple significant updates:
1. Show compile errors in a list that allows the user to jump to the source of the error if it is caused by a sprite rule, plan rule or source code file.
2. Update graphics framework to support video cards that don't support GL_ARB_texture_rectangle.
3. Correct warnings in GameForm.cs template and in fmodbase.cs
