Is the "Switch to Map" function not fancy enough for you?

maybe he's looking for a way to trigger it?, i.e. a special function, contact with a sprite (collision trigger) or maybe with a specific tile?

Meh, at least it gives us something to talk about.  The forums would be too quiet without you here :).

what exactly did you want to know, just the differnet ways it can be done, or how to do one of them?

There really aren't (and don't need to be) multiple ways to do it.  Activating the "Switch to map" special function is the only way.  However, there are many ways to activate that special function.  On sprite collision, on collision with a tile, when the player has a certain amount of inventory or presses a button (or both), or just touching the special function within the map editor.
