stackoverflow.com. Or if you just need prompt answers to your (well-defined) programming questions, it's pretty good for that too, I suppose, but I don't use it for that much. Durnurd pointed it out to me, and I've been using it for a little over a week, and now I'm kind of addicted. My reputation has skyrocketed from 0 to 490 in that time by answering questions. Just this morning one of my answers got accepted for 110 points because there was a "bounty" of 100 points on the question, and it also got voted up once. What a rush!
