I think i got a bug...Either that or i am stupid

Whenever I exit the SGDK my sprite template automaticly changes solid tiles to none, making my game unplayable. Has this happened to anyone else and if so what should i do about it?

Well, let me ask the obvious question first.  Did you set it to something other than "None" and save it that way?  Save the whole project I mean?

Yes, i keep having to re-save it. But that is the only problem i am having with the Development Kit, it kicks ass

We value the few members we have because it's so quiet around here -- wouldn't want to scare anyone off .  I think GameDev's popularity is out of balance with it's quality -- one of those "stealth" killer apps that's pretty good but few people know about (even if it is result #1 on google for a search on just the word "scrolling").  Or maybe they know about it and they just don't come here to talk about it.

Do you have a place you could post your project and provide a link for me to download it so I can try and see myself exactly what's happening?  There's something that doesn't make sense and is worth some more experimenting: The program does not change the saved version of the project unless you tell it to save.  So I don't see how exiting the program can be the step that's introducing the problem.  It must happen when you play the project and it tries to reset it afterwards, or maybe it never loads it correctly in the first place.

You are updating the sprite template after changing it, right?

Email it to me if you can zip your project into a file under 1 MB.  Be sure to include not only the GDP, but all the BMP and MAP files that your project uses.  BlueMonkMN@users.sourceforge.net

i am updating it everytime i change it then i save afterwords, i will use WINRAR to zip it immediatly, tanks a lot for helping.
