OK, I think I figured out how to get a better smiley set.  Some images were missing so I had to copy them from the old set, though.  These are still old:
 
 
 
 
But you have a lot of new choices now.

I didn't include any of the suggested choices, but maybe later I can find a way to fit those in.

I think it originated with South Park.  I don't know the story behind it beyond that.

I just noticed that the "Lips R Sealed" icon can probably be substituted with the "Secret" icon from the new set so I removed one of the old ones, as you see above (it was automatically replaced with the new one).
